Chanhassen Dinner Theatres Opens JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT, 4/5

Chanhassen Dinner Theatres (CDT) has announced that Thrivent Financial for Lutherans is the official presenting sponsor for JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT slated to open on April 5, 2013. Thrivent Financial for Lutherans will sponsor Chanhassen Dinner Theatres' #1 Main Stage audience favorite, which will run through August 31, 2013 on the Main Stage.

"Thrivent Financial for Lutherans has a large list of members and employees who will be enthusiastic to experience Joseph," stated Stacy Hanley, Director of Community Relations. "This collaboration provides our members, employees and the community with discounts, generosity engagement and other unique elements that will make this an affordable family entertainment option this summer for all ages."

In 2010 Thrivent Financial for Lutherans was the presenting sponsor of CDT's Jesus Christ Superstar. Hanley continued, "The Superstar experience was very rewarding for all involved. In fact, it was the first of its kind. It was an easy decision to agree to partner again with Joseph."

Thrivent Financial for Lutherans will also sponsor a special "Kids in Free" discount offering for limited summer-time dates. Hanley stated, "We are pleased to provide this incredible offer to the community at large so that all can enjoy together!" The general public should watch for those announced dates to appear in the Star Tribune during the summer months. The popular "Kids in Free" discount provides one free dinner and show ticket to JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT for any child (ages 5-17) when one dinner and show ticket is purchased at full price. Up to six tickets may be purchased at the "Kids in Free" discount.
